The Great Room offers panoramic ocean views through it's walls of windows! 2 sets of sliding glass doors open to the upper deck. This room features soaring cathedral ceilings with ceiling fan and 2 skylights.
Bright and cheery "beachy" decor includes a queen size sleep sofa.

GAME ROOM The "Game Room" is off the kitchen and great room. It has a 27" TV, VCR and X-BOX Video Game System which also plays DVDs. This room is ideal for playing video games, watching movies & TV, or simply relaxing and reading a book or taking a nap! It's also a perfect play room for young children.

| 4 BEDROOMS, 3.5 BATHS
St. Somewhere has 4 bedrooms, all with TVs! Each bedroom has a door leading outside to the middle level wrap around deck, giving everyone easy acess to the pool, spa and beach! Open the doors to enjoy ocean breezes and the sound of the surf!
There are 2 master bedrooms, each with a private full bath - "The Palm Room" and "The Flamingo Room."
Kids will love "The Parrot Room" with bunk beds and trundle, and "The Pelican Room" with pyramid bunk bed.
These 2 rooms share a hall bath. All bedrooms and the 3 full baths are on the middle level.
A powder room is conveniently located on the top level with kitchen, TV/Game Room and Great Room.

| POOL AND HOT TUB The 12' x 27' pool and 5 person spa are behind the house facing to the west, making this area ideal for enjoying afternoon sun as well as sunsets. Steps lead down from the rear deck to the pool area. The pool and spa are fully enclosed by a fence for safety, privacy and protection from wind. There is plenty of pool side seating.

GREAT OCEAN VIEWS & EASY BEACH ACCESS Enjoy great ocean views from 2 levels of deck. Short walk to beach with beach access right across the street. Beach with lifeguards is within 5 minute walk.
